Introduction

TuneTandem is a service operated by WeVybe BV (hereinafter: ‘WeVybe’). WeVybe is located and has its offices at Parkietlaan 6 in Den Haag, the Netherlands and is part of Digital Fantasy BV with its registered offices at the same place of business. TuneTandem.com is owned by Digital Fantasy BV.

Applicability

Any visit or use of the TuneTandem app are subject to these terms of use (hereinafter: ‘Terms of Use’). By using the TuneTandem app, you tacitly and unconditionally agree to the applicability of these Terms of Use. WeVybe may change these Terms of Use at any time. The amended Terms of Use are valid from the moment they are published. The publication date of the latest version of the Terms of Use can be found at the top of this page. We therefore advise you to regularly check the Terms of Use.

Liability

Despite the constant care and attention that WeVybe devotes to the TuneTandem app, it is possible that the information published by it is not complete, correct, or current. The information provided on or through this app is subject to change and any changes may be made at any time with immediate effect and without notice. WeVybe does not guarantee that the TuneTandem app will be available uninterrupted at all times. WeVybe reserves the right to optimize or change the technical characteristics and accessibility of the TuneTandem app without notice.

WeVybe excludes all liability for any direct or indirect damage of any nature whatsoever arising from or in any way related to the use of the TuneTandem app, the use of information provided by means of the application, or the temporary inability to visit the application. WeVybe does not make any warranties or representations on behalf of Spotify and expressly disclaims all implied warranties with respect to the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, and Spotify Content, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WeVybe is responsible for its products and disclaims any liability on the part of third parties (e.g., Spotify).

Accessing and Using the Application

You have the right to use the TuneTandem app for private purposes. Commercial use, including the use of (parts of) the websites and apps to generate advertising revenue or the (partial) copying of content, is prohibited. You must not interfere with the normal functioning of our websites and apps and must comply with the following rules of conduct:

  • Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of WeVybe or the authors whose works appear on our websites or apps.
  • Do not interfere with other visitors’ use of our application.
  • Do not spread spam, viruses, malware, or other inappropriate messages or information through our application.
  • Do not evade or interfere with the security of our application.
  • Do not use resources for searching or indexing (parts of) our application, such as robots or spiders. Search engines must adhere to the robot.txt protocol.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules of conduct, WeVybe reserves the right to refuse you access to our application.

Intellectual Property Rights

Digital Fantasy BV hereby asserts its exclusive trademark rights for “TuneTandem,” and “TuneTandem World.” While these trademarks are presently unregistered, they are the property of Digital Fantasy BV, and Digital Fantasy BV asserts exclusive rights to employ these marks in conjunction with the TuneTandem app, its services, and digital offerings. Any unauthorized utilization of these trademarks without our explicit consent may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

All content on our application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

Subscriptions

Certain features of the TuneTandem app may be available on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will continue to receive the benefits associated with your subscription until the end of the billing period.

We value the integrity and safety of our Discord online community – TuneTandem World. Users are expected to adhere to the rules of this community as set out on the TuneTandem World Discord Server which by using, you explicitly agree to accept.
