WeVybe BV operates the TuneTandem™ application and website (tunetandem.com) hereinafter referred to as “us,” “we,” “the website,” or “TuneTandem”. Non-identifiable data we collect and how we use it
WeVybe BV collects data relating to your use of TuneTandem. We use this data to provide you with services and features available in the application. If you connect a third-party service to TuneTandem we receive information from that service. One third-party service supported by TuneTandem is Spotify. When you login to TuneTandem using your Spotify account we obtain the following non-identifiable data from them:

If you started using TuneTandem before 1 September 2023, you created your account using your phone number. This is identifiable data. It is used as described in the table below:

Sub-processors
We use a select number of trusted external service providers for certain technical data processing and/or service offerings. These service providers are carefully selected and meet high data protection and security standards. We only share information with them that is required for the services offered. Sharing or selling your personal data
We do not sell any of your personal data. We do not share any of your data with any third party other than with Spotify for the purpose of providing you with the TuneTandem service.

You can delete your TuneTandem account at any time using the relevant option in the app on your profile page. Alternatively, you can contact us via the contact page and request that we delete some or all of your data but not your account. When no longer necessary, we will also will delete your personal data.
Children’s privacy
Our website is not intended for use by children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals in this age group. If you are under the age of 16, please refrain from using our website or providing any personal data.
